A. Our boots are made only from Genuine Merino sheepskin hides
and are made only in Australia, you will not get any synthetics here. We are not connected with the company
'Ugg Australia'. The name UGG come from the first sheep farmers and
first world war pilots. Ugg is believed to have come from the belief that the boots were thought of as being ugly. The pilots turned sheepskin inside out and wrapped them
around their feet for the great warmth the skins give. Ugg, Ug or Ugh Boot
is the COMMON word for sheepskin boots in Australia, it is a GENERIC
name used in common language. Australia is the BIRTHPLACE of the sheepskin
ugg boot and has existed here for many years!

Q. Do I need to pay duty taxes on my parcel?

A. Depending on which country in which you live you may or may
not need to pay duty.

Q. What size do I need?

A. We suggest you buy your sheepskin ugg boot in your
regular size, if you are a 1/2 size, consult our sizing chart and round up to
the next size. Find the country in which you live and order the corresponding
Australia size. Do NOT go to a larger size than your regular size(other
than the rounding up of a half size) because ugg boots need to be snug and the
wool will flatten with time. If, however, you wish to wear you ugg boots with
socks or stockings only then you might want to go ONE size larger. Although

A In the highly unlikely event your product is faulty or
defective the warranty is valid for seven days from the date of delivery.
