Terms of Use Statement:
For each visitor to our Web page, Aussiesheepskinboots.com our
Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or
e-mail address. We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us
via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit,
user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and
information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or
site registrations.
We respect your privacy, and carefully protect all information in our
posession. Your privacy is our highest priority. The information we collect is
used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of
our Web page, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for
individual consumer and used by us to contact consumers for marketing
purposes. If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please
let us know by sending an e-mail, and telling us that you do not want to
receive e-mail from our company.
Return / Exchange Policy:
THERE IS NO REFUND ON 'SALE' ITEMS.
We do not refund or exchange if you simply change your mind on
sale items that have been permanently reduced. Or boots that have been worn or
are not in their original condition unless they are faulty.
We are happy to exchange boots, keep in mind though, that
postage/handling $54.50, to and from Australia has to be borne by the customer
as stated within this clause of our return policy.
Even though the original postage is FREE, postage still has to be paid, we
carry that cost for our valuable clients. However, this cannot be carried over
to exchanges. Aussie Sheep Skin Boots sell only the highest quality
products which we stand behind. If you have given the incorrect information
(eg, size or colour) on an order, we are (as stated) only too happy to
exchange your goods as long as they are returned within 30 days of receiving
your goods. They must be in new condition and in the original packaging.
It is necessary that each item is insured as we are not responsibile for
lost uninsured items.
NB: Receipt of goods with
the assumption they were a different brand, look or feel does not constitute
"not as ordered".
Shipping to and from Australia is payable by the customer. In order
to return merchandise, you MUST contact us to receive authorization in
order for your return to be accepted. Unauthorized
returns will not be accepted and returned to sender, we accept no
responsibility for goods that go astray. We only
give refunds (minus original postage/handling that has been carried by this
company in the first instance (see below)) in the unlikely event a product is
faulty as all orders are double-hand checked before dispatch.
You understand and agree that the owners of this site shall not be
liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary
damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data or
other intangible losses (even if the owners of this site have been advised of
the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to
use the product(s) and or service(s) or any misuse of the product(s) and or
service(s) in a manner not in accordance with their intended use.
Cancellations:
If you decide before an item is dispatched that you do not wish to
continue with the purchase and wish to cancel, a reversal of funds will be
made. If the item has been dispatched, it may be exchanged (see above), with
the cost of return postage, from and to, being borne by you, the customer.
Even with 'Free postage' offers, postage has been paid over and above the cost
of the goods.

By Australian LAW the term UGG is a Generic term for
sheepskin boots. Anyone who makes sheepskin boots by law is allowed to call
them ugg boots. By law the term UGG is a generic term NOT a brand name.
